What Are The Dosing Ways?

The dosage of turmeric is suggested as per the, and according to the disease you are having. Its duration also depends upon the severity of the disorder. It is recommended to take the dosage according to age and form of its intake also variate like adults are allowed to take Turmeric by mouth and enema. And, for children, it is only recommended by the mouth, and their age should be higher than 15 years.
